Ingredients: Organic psyllium husks, organic flax seed, organic rhubarb, organic ginger, organic licorice, and bentonite clay.
Directions: Pour 8 oz. of water or raw juice into a 12 oz. bottle. Add 2 tsp. of Colon Cleanse powder, shake well, and drink immediately. Afterward, drink an additional 8-12 oz of liquid. Take 1-3 times daily. Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 oz. (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
