Citrus bioflavonoids are derived from fruits high in vitamin C. They are full of antioxidants and can help promote healthy circulation, immune function, cognitive health, eye and joint health. They can help reduce the body's unnecessary internal swelling in reaction to pollens, invaders, and irritants and therefore help with many conditions caused by those.
