Essiac Tea 4 oz.

Essiac tea is made from a blend of herbs claimed to fight cancer, improve immunity, increase detoxification, and decrease inflammation. 

In the 1920s, Canadian nurse Rene Caisse promoted Essiac tea as a natural cancer treatment, claiming that it was given to her by a patient who originally received it from an Ontario Ojibwa medicine man.

Ingredients

Burdock root, sheep sorrel herb, slippery elm bark, and (Turkey) rhubarb root.

• Boil 12-20 ounces of spring or distilled water in a stainless steel pot.
• Stir in a tablespoon of tea, and cover the pot.
• Boil 10 minutes

• Remove from heat and stir. Cover and let sit for 12 hours at room temperature 
• Drink 4 ounces daily on an empty stomach, preferably before bedtime.
